Join our 4-week practice to re-member how to connect with your Guides. There will be light teaching, a guided journey, some light channeling & time for group shares. This is open to beginners and seasoned meditators. Our weekly sessions are sacred and bring inner coherence, trust and deep connection.
In April we have two options, you may select either:
Tuesdays, 4/7, 14, 21, 28 at 9am PT / 12n ET / 5p GMT
Wednesdays, 4/1, 8, 15, 22 at 9am PT / 12n ET / 5p GMT
Sessions run ~1 hour. I share Calendar invitations post-registration!
We have a shared What’s App group for check-ins and to share meditation clips/replays after class.
